扒塔是一項(xiàng)很繁重的工作，不僅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，而且脫硫液對皮膚尤其是眼睛刺激性很大，扒一次填料，施工作業(yè)人員的眼睛得紅腫疼痛兩叁天。所以塔能不扒盡可能地不扒，能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好準(zhǔn)備工作，要有詳細(xì)的施工方案和安全防護(hù)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施。

扒出來的填料重新裝了以后，從開車到系統(tǒng)加負(fù)荷這段時(shí)間可以大液量操作。此時(shí)氣量小，正適合大液量通過。通過大液量操作，可以使填料得到進(jìn)一步地清洗，這時(shí)候雖然氣量不大但再生槽硫泡沫很多。系統(tǒng)逐步加滿負(fù)荷后，對脫硫塔的阻力進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的測量，即驗(yàn)證了扒裝的效果，也為塔阻力的變化監(jiān)測留下了原始數(shù)據(jù)。
