Several biogas purification demonstration projects have been completed in China, such as Yantai double tower 40000 m3 biogas purification project, Longkou Yantai Huaneng company 30000 m3 biogas purification vehicle gas demonstration project, Nanyang Tianguan 100000 m3 biogas purification project, etc.
2015年，我國沼氣發(fā)展進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)期，國家支持建設(shè)規(guī)?；锾烊粴忭?xiàng)目，2015年全國建設(shè)25個(gè)，2016年全國建設(shè)22個(gè)，沼氣提純生物天然氣技術(shù)迎來新的發(fā)展契機(jī)，項(xiàng)目要求日產(chǎn)天然氣10000 m3以上，每小時(shí)處理沼氣量應(yīng)在700 m3以上，化學(xué)吸收和變壓吸附技術(shù)能滿足項(xiàng)目要求。四川某公司研發(fā)的沼氣提純專用吸附劑，解決了變壓吸附法甲烷損失大的缺點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步降低了運(yùn)行成本，甲烷回收率超過99%，CH4含量97%～99%，能夠滿足沼氣提純的要求。該技術(shù)已在貴州省茅臺(tái)生態(tài)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)示范園生物天然氣及生物肥項(xiàng)目上應(yīng)用（2015年生物天然氣試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一）。

This technology has been applied in the project of bio natural gas and bio fertilizer of Maotai eco circular economy industrial demonstration park in Guizhou Province (one of the pilot projects of bio natural gas in 2015).

甲烷的溫室效應(yīng)是二氧化碳的21倍，全球溫室效應(yīng)氣體20%來自甲烷，沼氣提純生物天然氣可高值化利用沼氣，有效減少沼氣工程因沼氣利用不充分而排空，進(jìn)一步降低碳排放。生物天然氣是一種可再生的替代能源，因此沼氣提純生物天然氣具有環(huán)保和能源雙重效益，發(fā)展前景廣闊。
